As a qualified trainer, I designed and provided training program for pastoral care and counseling in order to prepare pastors and ministers in Serbia to serve in the area of Pastoral Care and Counseling in their local churches and communities. The interactive training program that I have provided lasted one year and covered the following topics: stress, depression, alcoholism, grief and trauma, marriage and family counseling, pastoral counseling in context, etc. The used strategies included lectures, class presentations, film, case studies, DSM IV, role plays with triads, exams, and discussion groups.

As an assistant to director of non-profit humanitarian organization "Good Samaritan" in Belgrade, Serbia, I was responsible for preparing all required paperwork in order to import humanitarian aid from England, Germany, and Australia. This humanitarian aid was intended to the refugees from Bosnia, Croatia, and Kosovo. In order to perform this task successfully, I used my English speaking and oral skills (Translation of the documents from English to Serbian language as well as e-mail communication with the humanitarian workers from England, Germany, and Australia). At the same time, I was responsible to send all required reports to the Serbian Government.

My role, as a part of the children ministry team, was to teach the different groups (ages) of children including presentations, games, stories, acting, small group activities, creative art, children summer camps, etc.
